Pursuant to the notice no. 113/TB-CTĐT dated 30th August 2023 of Binh Duong General Printing Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 Extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 extraordinary general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 460/TB-CNVSD dated 8th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the fact that the preparation of 2023 financial statements is not guaranteed.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 extraordinary general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 460/TB-CNVSD dated 8th March 2023 by VSD.
