Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 15 (Shareholders are entitled to 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued according to the payment rate is calculated as integer, the fractional share will not be rounded to 1 share. The fractional shares (if any) will be sent to the Trade Union of Hochiminh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank as gift.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 1,003 shares is entitled to receive 150.45 shares ((1,003x15)/100 = 150.45). According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will receive 150 shares and the 0.45 fractional shares will be sent to the Trade Union of Hochiminh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank as gift.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Hochiminh City Securities Corporation, Level 2, AB building, 76A Le Lai, District 1, Hochiminh City. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 24th July 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
