+ 1:1 (shareholders are entitle to 1 right for each share they own and to buy 1 new share for each right)
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares, unsubscribed shares (if any): 
+ Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares: not applicable due to the execution rate of 1:1
+ Principle of handling unsubscribed shares: The Board of Directors decides the handling of shares that shareholders do not subscribe/exercise their rights, including but not limited to offering to other investors in accordance with prevailing laws.
If shares are offered to other investors, those shares are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion.
Example: shareholder A who owns 200 shares on the record date is entitled to 200 rights and to buy 200 new shares.

+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment to blockade account for subscription at DSC Securities Corporation, level 2, Thanh Cong Building, 80 Dich Vong Hau, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi. Certificate of share ownership, ID cards have to be presented.

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD branch is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 5th June 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
