- Content:
+ Adjustment of the head office address in the Business Registration Certificate;
+ Change of the "main" business code in the Business Registration Certificate to be in line with the Company's main production and business;
+ Removal of some business codes to increase the foreign ownership ratio to a maximum of 51%;
+ Amendment of the Charter as regards the  contents approved by the General Meeting 
+ Other issues within the authority of the Annual General meeting (if any) in accordance with the Charter
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
