Pursuant to the document no. 12/2023/CV-HĐQT.HBC dated 27th April 2023 of Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 24th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 296/TB-CNVSD dated 28th February 2023 by VSD's Branch
Reason: on 3rd April 2023, the Board of Directors issued Resolution no.21/2023/NQ-HĐQT.HBC on changing the meeting time of 2023 annual general meeting to 27th June 2023. Therefore, the Issuer cancelled the record date: 24th March 2023.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
