Pursuant to the notice no. 4/2023/CBTT-SĐ5 dated 17th April 2023 of Song Da 5 Joint stock company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 21st March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 658/TB-VSD dated 2nd March 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Song Da 5 Joint Stock Company is completing meeting materials and other tasks under the authority of General Meeting. Therefore, the Company decided to delay organizing of 2023 Annual General Meeting no later than 30th June 2023.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
