TPS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

According to Document No. 30/TB-STP dated 11th April 2023 of Sai Gon Transportation Parking Joint Stock Company as regards cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting on the record date 30th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no.466/TB-CNVSD dated 8th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: changing the plan of organizing the annual general meeting of shareholders. The Company need more time to complete the dossier and better preparations as regulated.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited TPS shares at DMs.
