Pursuant to document no.12/2023/CV-FTV dated 23rd March 2023 of Vietnam Fortress Tools JSC on cancelling the notice of record date for 2023 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 31st March 2023 for 2023 Annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 1031/TB-VSD dated 20th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Company is unable to finalize and submit documents to the Annual general meeting for approval in April 2023 as originally planned because the company's inventory is relatively large and there are many inventories being slowly rotated. In order to accurately assess the recoverable value, the Company needs to take inventory of each item. The inventory process takes a long time, so 2022 audited financial statements will not be completed before 30th March 2023. The Company will hold 2023 Annual General Meeting no later than 30th June 2023.
This notice of VSD's Branch is for DMs' information and notification to investors  who have deposited the above shares at DMs.
