Pursuant to the Notice no.125/CV-TGĐ dated 18th March 2023 of Hanoi Electromechanical Manufaturing Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 13th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 463/TB-VSD dated 22nd February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: In order to have more time for preparing meeting materials and better organization, the Board of Directors will not organize 2023 annual general meeting as initially planned. The meeting time is expected to be no later than 30th June 2023.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
