CAV: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the Notice no.1311/TB-QLCĐ dated 15th March 2023 of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 20th March 2023 for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 273/TB-CNVSD dated 27th February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: The company adjusted the organization plan of 2023 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date of 20th March 2023 for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 273/TB-CNVSD dated 27th February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
