Pursuant to the Notice no. 120/CTCP-BKS dated 15th March 2023 of Thanh An 96 Installation and Construction Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 17th March 2023 for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 551/TB-VSD dated 27th February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Being well prepared for the agenda and other tasks of 2023 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
