Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right

- Planned meeting time: at the end of April 2023 (specific meeting time will be officially announced in the meeting invitation)
- Meeting venue: meeting hall on Level 4 of PVC-MS company, No. 2 Nguyen Huu Canh, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province (specific venue will be officially announced in the meeting invitation)
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors on 2022 activities and 2023 plan
+ Report on 2022 production and business results and 2023 plan
+ 2022 Report by the Supervisory Board and 2023 plan
+ Proposal to approve 2022 audited financial statements
+ Proposal on selection of auditing company for 2023 financial statements
+ Proposal on settlement of salaries, allowances and remuneration of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for 2022 and 2023 payment plan
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting (if any).
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 4th April 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
