+ Approval of Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2022 corporate governance
+ Approval of Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on appraising production & business situation; report by the SB on 2022 performance results
+ Approval of 2022 audited financial statements and report by the independent auditor
+ Approval of earnings reserved for fund establishment, dividend payment from after-tax profit in 2022
+ Approval of 2023 production & business plan, development directions
+ Approval of selection of an auditing company for 2023 financial statements
+ Approval of 2023 remuneration for the BOD, the SB, Person in charge of governance/BOD Secretary
+ Approval of Report on implementing the clean water wholesale purchase contract in 2022; authorization to the BOD to negotiate and decide to sign a wholesale contract of clean water purchase in 2023 between the Company and Saigon Water Supply Corporation - One Member Limited.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 28th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
