Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Planned Meeting time: 8am on 25th April 2023
- Meeting venue: Level-2 Meeting hall of Worker House of Vinacomin - Coc Sau Coal Joint Stock Company, Cam Phu Ward, Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province.
 - Meeting agenda: 
+ Report on 2022 production & business results, 2023 plan;
+ 2022 audited financial statements;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on appraising 2022 financial statements
+ Report on 2022 profit distribution, dividend rate and earnings reserved for fund establishment
+ Report on remuneration to Board of Directors (BOD), SB members and salary for senior executives, allowance for independent BOD members in 2022; proposal for remuneration to BOD, SB members and allowance for independent BOD members in 2023
+ Report by the BOD on governance and activity results of the BOD and each BOD member in 2022, directions and tasks in 2023
+ Report by the SB on the Company's business results,  activity results of the BOD, Director in 2022
+ Report on self-assessment of performance by the SB and each SB member in 2022, directions and tasks in 2023
+ Report on selecting an independent auditing company for 2023 financial statements;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
