- Execution rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares allocated to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole numer. The fractional shares will be removed.
Example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 3.578 shares is entitled to receive 357,8 new shares (3.578/10*1=357,8). According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 357 new shares, the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Head office of Tien Phong Technology Joint Stock Company, No. 1 Creative, Tan Thuan Dong, District 7, Ho Chi Minh from 8h30 to 16h00 on working days. ID cards, Certificate of share ownership, referral letter (if legal entity) have to be presented. In case of receiving on behalf of others, there have to be a legal power of attorney certified by the local authority.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 16th February 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
