Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:7 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares allocated to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole numer. The fractional shares will be removed.
Example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 3.520 shares is entitled to receive 246,4 new shares (3.520*7)/100=246,4). According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 246 new shares, the 0.4 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Head office of Tien Phong Technology Joint Stock Company, No. 1 Creative, Tan Thuan Dong, District 7, Ho Chi Minh from 8h30 to 16h00 on working days (except Saturday and Sunday). ID cards have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
