- Reason: Due to consequences of the Covid-19 epidemic and the complicated war situation which seriously affected the supply and price of materials. On the other hand, debts are not collected as planned. At the year end, the Company needs a large source of capital to import raw materials to fulfill the orders signed with customers. Therefore, the Company has not balanced sufficient cash for dividend payment
