ABS: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no.152/22/CV-ABS dated 15th December 2022 of BinhThuan Agriculture Services JSC (securities code: ABS), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to change of 2021 cash dividend payment time (record date: 12th October 2022) as follows:

Payment time: 18th April 2023
- Reason: Due to some unexpected problems and market after Covid-19, money is not collected from customers as planned and there are difficulties with the economy so the Company needs more time to balance cash flow so as not to affect Company's production and business.
