Following Notice No. 3423/TB-VSD dated 24th November 2022 regarding the record date for covered warrants exercising, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

Pursuant to the official correspondence of VNDirect Joint Stock Securities Company on out-of-the-money covered warrants, VSD would like to announce cancellation of finalizing the list of covered warrants owners as announced in the Notice No.3423/TB-VSD.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above covered warrants accordingly.
