Pursuant to the notice no. 1126/CV-CT dated 7th November 2022 of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling of the list of shareholders attending 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting, the record date 11th August 2022, in accordance with Notice no. 1112/TB-CNVSD dated 26th July 2022 by VSD's branch.
Reason: Due to unfavourable developments in the real estate market, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation cancelled the meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
