Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

+ Time of sending the ballots and seeking opinions: 19th October 2022 tentatively
+ Time of receiving ballots: 31st October 2022 tentatively
- Execution venue:  Postal ballots are received and counted at Green Development and Investment Service Joint Stock Company, Lot CC2, MP Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai PHong city

+ Approval of the resignation of Mr. Tran Tien Dung from the position of member of the Board of Directors (BOD) for 2022-2024 term according to the resignation letter from 20th September 2022
+ Approval of the Regulation on nomination, candidacy and additional election of BOD members and organization of the counting of votes for additional BOD members;
+ Election of an additional BOD member for 2022-2024 term according to the list of candidates to be nominated and stand for election to the BOD.
+ Approval of adjusting 2022 production & business plan approved by 2022 Annual general meeting dated 14th March 2022.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 14th October 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
