- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares, unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the unit. The fractional shares (if any) will be calculated by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors decide to offer fractional shares (if any) to shareholders, other investors with the same price as the official offering price.
Example: shareholder A who owns 1,234 shares on the record date is entitled to exercise rights. Shareholder A is entitled to receive (1,234x7)/8=1,079.75 shares, according to the principle of rounding down to the number of units, the number of shares that shareholder A is entitled to buy is 1,079 shares, the 0.75 fractional shares are calculated and offered to shareholders, other investors with the same price as the official offering price.
+ Principle of handling unsubscribed shares: The number of shares that existing shareholders do not make subscription or only make partial subscription will be distributed by the Board of Directors (BOD) to shareholders, other investors with the same price as the official offering price. Such shares will be subject to one-year transfer restriction from the date of offering closure.
- Regulations on rights transfer:

+ Time period for right transfer: from 30th September 2022 to 17th October 2022
+ The right is transferred once only.
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 30th September 2022 to 24th October 2022
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment to blockade account for subscription at the company's head office.

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD branch is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 27th September 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
