Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution ratio: 100:15  (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 15 additionally issued share).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of share issued for raising share capital from owner's equity will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: Shareholder A owns 218 shares, the number of shares that shareholder will receive is 218/20*03 = 32.70 shares. According to the rounding principle as above, the number of new shares that shareholder A will receive is 32 shares, the fractional shares (0.70 shares) will be removed.
On the record date to exercise the right to receive shares issued for raising share capital from owner's equity, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 1,210 shares. According to the execution ratio, the right to receive additional shares is 100:15. At that time, shareholder A will receive the corresponding number of newly issued shares of (1,210/100) x 15 = 181.5 shares. According to the rounding principle and the plan for handling fractional shares, the number of shares that shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive after rounding down is 181 shares; 0.5 decimal fractional shares will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares for increasing equity capital from owners' equity at the Internal Audit Department - PC1 Group Joint Stock Company - 2nd Floor, CT1 Building, 583 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi City. ID card; Certificate of share ownership have to be presented.
