ND2: Adjustment of cash dividend payment of 2021 fiscal year

Pursuant to the document no. 290/2022/CV-TCKH dated 20th July 2022 of North Electricity Development And Investment Joint Stock Company No 2 regarding changing 2021 cash dividend payment time, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to change of 2021 cash dividend payment time of ND2 shares (record date: 12th July 2022) as follows:
- Announced information in the notice no.2082/TB-VSD dated 24th June 2022 by VSD:
+ Payment time: 27th July 2022
- Changed information:
+ Payment time: 5th August 2022
Reason: In early 2022, Company faced some difficulties in production and business, the money for dividend has not been collected as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
