+ Issue price: 10,000 VND/share
+ Execution rate: 5:1 
+ Right allocation: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own)
+ Execution: 5:1 (to buy 1 new share for 5 rights).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the  unit. The fractional shares will be removed
- Principle of handling unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ The number of unsubscribed shares (if any) will be priorly offered by the Board of Directors (BOD) to other existing shareholders having demand and financial potential at the price not lower than the issued price.
+ The remaining number of shares arising from the fact that shareholders do not exercise right sold to appropriate parties are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of issuance closure as stipulated by prevailing laws.
+ The distribution of the above shares has to be complied with the principle of not issuing more than 10% of the charter capital to an organization, individual or a group of organizations, individuals and related persons of that organization or individual.
+ The distribution of the above shares as to be complied with provisions of Article 42, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP.
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 1,023 shares is entitled to receive 204.6 shares ((1,023 x 1)/5 = 204.6). According to the principle of handling fractional share, shareholder will receive 204 new shares. The 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 16th August 2022 to 29th August 2022
+ Purchase right can be transferred.
+ Existing shareholders named in the list of shareholders on the record date are allowed to transfer their right to another person within the stipulated time and transfer once only, the transferee is not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party.
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 16th August 2022 to 6th September 2022
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable. 
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation, road no.8, Trang Bang industrial zone, Trang Bang town, Tay Ninh province and make subscription payment to the blockade account.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 9th August 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
