POV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

According to Document No. 532/CV-DKVA dated 10th May 2022 of Vung Ang Petroleum JSC (POV) as regards cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date 16th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no.497/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2022 by VSD.
Reason: at the request of Vung Ang Petroleum JSC
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited POV shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date 16th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no.497/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2022 by VSD.
Reason: at the request of Vung Ang Petroleum JSC
