MIE: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 357/CV-MIE-TCKT dated 6th May 2022 of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of MIE shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 27th April 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 1285/TB-VSD dated 8th April 2022 by VSD.
Reason: Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation needed more time for a well-organized general meeting. The Company decided to postpone the time of holding 2022 Annual General Meeting to late June 2022 tentatively.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
