CIA: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action

Pursuant to the notice no. 45/2022/TB-CIAS dated 29th April 2022 of Cam Ranh International Airport Services Join Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 19th April 2022 in accordance with Notice 1199/TB-VSD dated 4th April 2022 by VSD.
Reason: the company needs more time to prepare documents and well organize the meeting. Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Company decided to postpone the time of holding 2022 Annual General Meeting to 24th June 2022 tentatively.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
