QBS: Cancellation of the Record Date for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 04-03/2022/PHC-CV dated 23rd March 2022 of Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 28th March 2022 for 2022 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 825/TB-VSD dated 9th March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: the Board of Directors, Management Board and related departments/divisions needs more time to better prepare issues for seeking shareholders' opinions. the Company will delay 2022 annual general meeting later than scheduled
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
