Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- meeting venue: depending on Covid-19 situation and regulations of competent authorities, 2022 Annual general meeting of Vietinbank will be held following one of two methods:
+ Onsite meeting: Large meeting hall of VietinBank human resource Training and Development School, An Trai hamlet, Van Canh commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi
+ Online meeting: details to be announced in invitation letters
- Meeting agenda:
+ report by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2021 activities, 2022 directions
+ Report by the Management Board on 2021 business results, 2022 directions         
+ Proposal for approving 2021 audited financial statements
+ Proposal for approval of selecting an independent auditing company for  2023 financial statements and auditing activities of internal audit system in 2023
+ proposal for approving 2021 profit distribution
+ proposal for approving 2022 remuneration to the BOD, the SB
+ proposal for personnel (if any)
+ Other issues in accordance with prevailing laws and VietinBank's Charter (if any)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 1st April 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
