Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 25th April 2022 tentatively (to be announced in the invitation letters)
- Meeting venue: meeting hall of Song Be Rubber Company, National road 14, group 8, hamlet 3, Minh Thanh commune, Chon Thanh district, Binh Phuoc province
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the CEO on 2021 production & business results, 2022 plan
+ Reports by the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board on 2021 activity results, 2022 plan
+ 2021 audited financial statements
+ Approval of 2021 profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment and dividend payment
+ Proposal for selecting an auditing company for 2022 financial statements
+ Approval of 2022 production & business plan
+ Approval of salary fund of the BOD, SB in 2021 and 2022 plan
+ Proposal for removing and electing additional SB member for 2018-2023 term
+ Other issues (if any)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 25th March 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
