SAD: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 16/0222/CV-SADACO dated 16th February 2022 of Saigon Trade And Production Development Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date of 29th December 2021 in accordance with Notice no.1546/TB-CNVSD dated 20th December 2021 by VSD.
Reason: to ensure safety and prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic according to the guidelines and policies of the State, the Company has to postpone 2021 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
