- Conversion rate: 1:1 (except for GTNFoods Joint Stock Company, the owner of 1.6 GTN shares will receive 1 VLC share)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: Covereted shares will be rounded down to the unit, fractional share (less than 1) of shareholders upon conversion will be removed. Example: shareholder A who owns 90 GTN shares will receive 56,.5 VLC shares (90 x 0.625 = 56.25), being rounded to 56 shares, the 0.25 fractional shares will be removed
- For shares listed on the Stock Exchange:
 - Delisting date from the Stock Exchange: 8th March 2022
- Last trading date on the Stock Exchange: 7th March 2022
From 8th March 2022, shares of GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company (GTN share) will no longer be valid for trading or transfer on the market.
Implementation place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will implement conversion procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will implement conversion procedures at Vietnam Livestock Corporation, level 14, A tower, Hadiresco building, 521 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 11th March 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
