According to document no.09/2020/CV-GTN dated 14th January 2020 of GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company (securities code: GTN) as regards change of organizing 2020 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce change of reason and purpose of fixing shareholder list on the record date of 22nd January 2020 of GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company as follows:

Reason and purpose: 2020 annual general meeting
Reason: The expected time to hold Extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in February 2020 coincides with the time of 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) as prescribed. Therefore, to save time, costs and manpower, on 13th January 2020, the Board of Directors issued the decision No. 01/2020 / NQ / HĐQT, deciding the change from 2020 EGM organization to 2020 AGM.
Other contents in notice no.14/TB-VSD dated 2nd January 2020 by VSD remain unchanged.
