Pursuant to the document no. 25/2022/CV-VMD dated 17th February 2022 of Vimedimex Medi- Pharma Joint Stock Company (VMD) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 extraordinary general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the  list of shareholders for 2021 extraordinary general meeting, record date of 8th December 2021 in accordance  with Notice no. 3448/TB-VSD dated 22nd November 2021 by VSD’.
Reason:
- Due to the complicated situation of COVID 19 in Hanoi and the Company's leader are being treated  for the disease. The company does not meet the conditions for holding the Extraordinary General Meeting  and implementing preventive measures as specified by the Hanoi People's Committee.
- 2021 audited financial statements for 2021 have preliminarily completed and meeting the conditions to hold 2022 Annual General Meeting and the meeting of the Extraordinary General Meeting is close to the meeting time of the Annual General Meeting
Therefore, in order to save costs for the Company and implement the directions of Hanoi People's Committee on Covid-19 prevention and control, the Board of Directors agreed to cancel the list of shareholders finalized on 8th August 2021. December 2021 to exercise the right to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting. The Company will finalize the list of shareholders for 2022 Annual General Meeting.
