KAC: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 18/CV-KA dated 20th December 2021 of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date of 16th April 2021 in accordance with Notice no.577/TB-CNVSD dated 30th March 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: to implement the Government's policy in Directive 16 "social distancing" and documents of Hochiminh City People's Committee on the prevention of Covid-19 epidemic in Hochiminh city
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
