CK8: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 14/CV-CT120 dated 22nd November 2021 of 120 Mechanical Joint Stock Company (CK8) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
120 Mechanical Joint Stock Company cancelled the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date of 9th June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1881/TB-VSD dated 21st May 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: due to the impact of Covid-19, the Company is unable to organize 2021 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
