SGH: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 76/SGH-CV dated 16th November 2021 of SaiGon Hotel Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date of 11th June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 937/TB-CNVSD dated 31st May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 in Hochiminh city, the Company is unable to organize 2021 annual general meeting as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date of 11th June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 937/TB-CNVSD dated 31st May 2021 by VSD.
