ESL: Cancellation of the list of shareholders list for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 12/ESL-HĐQT dated 15th November 2021 of Eastern Saigon Logistics Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2020 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 annual general meeting on the record date of 15th April 2021 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.495/TB-CNVSD dated 16th March 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Due to the Covid -19 epidemic, the Company is unable to organize 2021 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
