ESL: Cancellation of the shareholder list for excersing entitltments

Pursuant to the document no. 03/ESL-HĐQT dated 22nd March 2021 of Eastern Saigon Logistics Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2020 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 annual general meeting on the record date of 29th June 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.1098/TB-CNVSD dated 9th June 2020 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of Covid -19 epidemic all over the world and big change in the senior management at Tan Thuan Industrial Development One Member Limited Liability Company (Tan Thuan Company) which greatly affects the holding of 2020 Annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
