Pursuant to the document no. 547/CNDD-TCTH dated 12th November 2021 of Petroleum Industrial and Civil Construction Joint Stock Company (PXI) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 9th April 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 549/TB-CNVSD dated 23rd March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Issuer has to strictly follow the regulations on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic of the province and the directive No. 16/CT-Ttg dated 31st March 2020 of the Prime Minister, so it is unable to hold 2021 Annual General Meeting as announced
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
