Pursuant to the document no. 305/2021/CV-CRQ dated 19th October 2021 of The vegetexco port joint-stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 26th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 770/TB-CNVSD dated 6th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: in June when the Company was preparing for the General Meeting, the Covid -19 epidemic broke out, the Directive 16/CT-CP by the Government on social distancing to prevent epidemics was applied. Therefore, on 16th May 2021, the Company's Board of Directors issued Resolution No. 151/2021/NQ-HĐQT on postponing 2021 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
