SRA: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no. 72/2021/TB-SRA dated 29th September 2021 of Sara Vietnam Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for postal ballot on the record date of 25th August 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 2573/TB-VSD dated 10th August 2021 by VSD’s Branch.
Reason: the Company needs more time to complete the preparation of materials, documents and necessary arrangements for postal ballots
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
