JVC: Cancellation of the record date

According to Document No.174/2021/TB-JVC dated 25th August 2021 of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company as regards cancellation of the record date for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 30th August 2021 for 2021 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.2579/TB-VSD dated 11th August 2021 by VSD
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Board of Directors decided to postpone 2021 Annual General Meeting until the epidemic situation is under control.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited CCV shares at DMs
