Pursuant to the notice no. 209/2021/TB-JVC dated 5th October 2021 of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company (JVC) on cancelling the record date for 2021 annual general
Cancelling the record date (12th October 2021) for 2021 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 2957/TB-VSD dated 24th September 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, the Board of Directors decided to postpone the 2021 Annual General Meeting until the epidemic situation is under control.DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
