- Execution rate: 4:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 1 new share for every 4 rights)
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ The number of shares entitled to buy will be rounded down to the unit. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be collected and distributed by the Board of Directors to other parties with price of 10,000 VND/share within the permitted period of offering license.
Example: on the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 102 shares is entitled to buy 25.5 new shares ((102x1/4) = 25.5). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will be entitled to buy 25 shares, the 0.5 shares will be distributed by the BOD to other parties at the price of 10,000 VND/share.

+ Principle of handling the unsubscribed shares: the General meeting authorizes the BOD to collect and distribute to other parties with price of 10,000 VND/share within the permitted period of offering license.

Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 6th September 2021 to 23rd September 2021
+ Rights are transferred once only. Shareholders are allowed to transfer their rights to one or many people at the price agreed between the transferor and the transferee. Transferee is not allowed to transfer to other parties

Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 6th September 2021 to 27th September 2021
+ Subscribed shares are common shares and freely transferable. Unsubscribed shares distributed to other parties are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at:

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 AM, 26th August 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
