FDC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 08407/CV/FDC-2021 dated 30th July 2021 of Foreign trade development and investment on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 Fiscal Year Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 Fiscal Year Annual general meeting, record date: 28th April 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 637 dated 28th April 2021 by VSD’s Branch.
Reason: Due to the Covid-19 epidemic situation, the Company temporarily postponed the organization of the General Meeting and refinalize other list
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
