Payment of 2020 Stock Dividend

- Payment rate: 1000:63 (Shareholders are entitled to 63 new shares for every 1,000 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares and unallocated shares (if any):

The number of shares issued according to the right issuance ratio for each shareholder is calculated as an integer, the decimal will not be rounded up to 1 share. The number of fractional shares arising (if any) and the number of not fully distributed shares (the number of shares decifient compared to the number of shares expected to be issued: 44,635,500 shares, if any) due to the number of shares issued calculated on integer basis will be decided by the Board of Directors, including but not limited to the transfer of these fractional shares to the Union of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 1,500 shares is entitled to receive 94.5 shares (1,500 x 63 : 1.000 = 94.5). According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 94 shares. The fractional shares of 0.5 will be determined by the Board of Directors, including but not limited to transfer to the Trade Union of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Shareholder Office of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Level 6, Opera Business Center building, 60 Ly Thai To, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 13th August 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
