+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Factory's office, no.C64/II, road no.8, Vinh Loc industrial zone, Binh Chanh district, Hochiminh city or send the copies of following documents by post to the above address: notarized ID card, a copy of passbook, request for bank transfer signed by shareholder in which the dividend receiving account must be the owner's account (the above copies can be taken, scanned, faxed... sent in advance to the Company's email address merufa@merufa.vn) from Monday to Friday (from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m.) starting from 20th August 2021. In case of sending email, the Company only accepts when shareholders send it using the email registered at Vietnam Securities Depository. In case of going to the Company, it is required to present the ID card, the original passbook. If an individual is authorized by a shareholder to receive dividend, in addition to above documents, the original power of attorney (form is uploaded on company’s website) and copy of ID card of authorizer have to be presented. The Issuer will not handle cases of receiving dividend on behalf without presenting above documents.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11:30 a.m., 10th August 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
