NED: Change of advance dividend payment

According to document no.84/TB-NED dated 23rd July 2020 of North-West Electric Investment And Development Joint Stock Company (NED) as regards adjustment of advance payment time of 2021 cash dividend, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce adjustment of advance payment time of 2021 cash dividend of NED shares (the record date: 5th July 2021) as follows:
- Announced information in the notice no.2154/TB-VSD dated 23rd June 2021 by VSD:
+ Payment time: 29th July 2021
- Adjusted information:
+ Payment time: 30th Setpember 2021
Reason for adjustment: due to the effect of Covid-19 epidemic, the Company is unable to arrange money for advance dividend payment
Other contents in the notice no.2154/TB-VSD dated 23rd June 2021 by VSD remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
